The Most Effective Way To Warm Up Your Turns

I posted a video of one of my clients warming up her turns with a bosu ball and It got a lot of attention on the gram so I wanted to dive into it a little deeper.

 

I’ve always been a believer that if you can do it on a bosu ball, you can do it on the ground so challenge your dancers in tonight’s class with one or two of these fun exercises.

 

I like to alternate between 8 to 12 of each exercise on each leg and repeat 2 -4 times.

 

For your beginners, set the bosu ball up by the barre or let them try on the floor first.
